Job Description:

Hazim Brothers for Construction HBC is looking to Hire a senior project manager to lead a palace project in Qatar. The project consists of Fit-Out a 7000 square meters palace including landscape.

The Main Tasks are (but not limited):

1. Present an action plan to accomplish the project in time
2. Set-up the necessary team
3. Present a detailed schedule
4. Provide shop and executive drawing as well as procurement documents
5. Communicate with the client, the consultants and the management
6. Achieve defined goals and deliver high end finishing as expected
7. Monitor the budget and value engineering the work
8. Follow-up with the sub-contractors
9. Make sure that all construction and decoration works are done as specified.
10. Provide solutions for day-to-day problems and challenges
11. Maintain a daily report specifying the progress and the problems faced if any
12. Play a leader role with all personals in site
13. Monitor the safety by presenting protocols
14. Should be familiar with all basic design and management software (AutoCAD, primavera, 3dmax, Vray, Photoshop, office and any related software)

The works include fixing marble and ceramic tiles, water-jet designs, gypsum boards, gypsum molding for wall decoration, wood works, swimming pools, stone cladding, landscape and hardscape, GRC works, lighting, furniture etc..

The candidate should hold a master degree in architecture or in interior design and should have experience in such projects.
